Shopian killing: 3 missing, relatives suspect they were shot in a ‘staged’ encounter

Relatives of the trio – identified as Abrar Ahmad (20), Imtiyaz Ahmad (25) and Abrar Ahmad (17) – suspect that they were killed in a “staged encounter” at Mirzapur in Shopian on July 18. The trio had come to Shopian, around 129 km from Rajouri, to find work amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
