Draft EIA 2020: No rethink on ‘post facto’ nod unless good legal rationale, says Secy

Bulk of the feedback received are centred on the issue of post facto clearances and bigger list of ‘B2’ category industries that are proposed to be exempted from prior environmental clearance, they said. Tuesday was the last date for giving feedback on the draft EIA.
