Shashi Tharoor hails UPI's global adoption, says 'India now a techno-diplomatic leader'

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor praised India's digital payments system, saying the global adoption of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has positioned the country as a "techno-diplomatic leader."
