K Rajaraman to be next telecom secretary, Rajiv Bansal to be at aviation

An order issued by the ministry of personnel said K Rajaraman, who is currently serving as an additional secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), will be the new telecom secretary, while Air India chairman Rajiv Bansal will take over as the aviation secretary.
