DHCBA Writes to CJI Opposing SCBA's Proposal for Elevating SC Lawyers as HC Judges

In a communication dated June 8, the SCBA claimed that the CJI has requested Chief Justices of all the high courts to consider apex court lawyers for elevation as HC judges but there was no official word from the office of the CJI.
