Telcos pay Rs 8,000 Cr to DoT, Voda Idea coughs up Rs 3k Cr

The Department of Telecommunications received about Rs 8,000 crore from telcos, with Vodafone Idea (VIL), Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio paying for airwaves bought in the 2014 auctions, and Tata Teleservices paying Rs 2,000 crore towards adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues.
