CCI has no proof against etailers: Karnataka HC

The Karnataka High Court said that they have no evidence of Amazon, Flipkart getting into exclusive deals with smartphone firms. The probe into both companies following a plea by a Delhi-based traders’ body, had alleged that the ecommerce firms were working with preferred sellers, violating competition laws.
