Maharashtra: At least 90 Stray Dogs Found Dead With Muzzles, Legs Tied in Buldhana

The carcasses of the dogs were found strewn at various spots on Girda-Savaldabara Road in a forest area in the east Maharashtra district on Thursday evening.
