SC to Hear Fresh Plea for Proper Probe in Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Case After 2 Weeks

The fresh plea alleged that despite the statement of the victims which disclosed grave and serious cognisable offences like rape, murder, gang rapes, prostitution racket and trafficking, the CBI had not filed a chargesheet against the accused.
