Sensex jumps over 200 points in Wednesday trade; Nifty reclaims 11,500 mark

The benchmark BSE Sensex jumped over 200 points and the NSE Nifty reclaimed the 11,500 mark in early trade Wednesday led by gains in banking stocks amid sustained foreign fund inflows and positive global cues. The 30-share index was trading 205.47 points, or 0.54 per cent, higher at 38,438.88. It had ended 424.50 points, or 1.12 per cent, higher in the previous session.
